- Shipping: This is a customized product and takes 5-7 days to build from the time of receipt of photographs and text. The date of delivery is provisional as it is shipped through third party courier partners.

For International deliveries, custom charges might be levied which are payable by the recipient.

- Photos should be high-resolution close-up photographs. For best output there should be a clear contrast between the person in the photo and the background.

- The text should not be longer than 15 words.

- Depending on the size each lamp takes around 20-45 hours to 3D print. We conduct strict quality checks ensuring complete customer satisfaction on each and every order.

- Handle the product with care and keep away from extreme heat or liquids. If maintained properly, these lamps are a life-long product.

Q: Is the lamp wired or USB chargeable?
A: 1 Color - Wired
3 Color & 16 Color - USB Chargeable.

Q: Is the product rechargeable?
A: 1 Color - No. It works on normal electric current and comes with an adaptor attached.
3 Color & 16 Color - Yes, the LED’s are rechargeable.

Q: How long will the lamp work on a single charge?
A: Between 6-10 hours depending on the brightness settings.

Q: How long does it take for a full charge?
A: Approximately 2 hours.

Q: How will I know when it is fully charged?
A: The led color will change from red to blue when completely charged.

Q: Does the lamp come with a stand?
A: Yes, each moon lamp comes with a wooden stand as shown in the images.

Q: Does the lamp rotate?
A: No, the lamp does not rotate and is stationary on the stand.

Q: How many photos can we put on the lamp?
A: Either one image on one side and text on the other or two images one for each side.

Q: How long can the text be?
A: We recommend keeping the text within a maximum of 10-15 words for best results.

Q: Is there any warranty on the lamps?
A: There is a 3-month warranty on the LED lights. If maintained properly, these lamps are a life-long product.

3 Color - Warm white, Lunar white & Orange.
16 Color - 16 dimmable RGB Colors

Q: How can I change the color?
A: 3 Color - Tap the metal ring at the bottom to turn on/off and change colors.
16 Color - Remote control is included and can change between 16 dimmable RGB Colors (including lunar white and warm white). Remote comes with 4 modes: Flash, Strobe, Fade, and Smooth.
